Managing Complexity in Moroccan NGOs: Case of AFCD

Author : Rihab Abba

Synopsis

AFCD is a Moroccan non-profit organization that aims to empower youth and women by providing them with resources and networking opportunities to help them develop their own projects.

The NGO  struggles with high complexity levels both from the external environment and from the diversity of its activities, which leads to several problems, such as high employees turnover, long validation processes and loss of focus on the main mission.

The NGO needs to better understand the factors included in its ambient and inherent complexity to gain efficiency.
