Case of INATLANTIS MENA

Synopsis

This case is about the story of Mouhcine, an ambitious young entrepreneur, who has decided to turn his personal need for language practice into a global startup. After 3 years of professional experience in startups in Chile, Oman, and Morocco, Mouhcine decided in 2020, to launch his own startup « INATLANTIS MENA »: the first African language exchange platform, which connected language learners with native or advanced speakers from all over the world.                                                             

Mouhcine strongly believed in the potential of his project and planned to leave his job at a Canadian startup to devote his time and energy to the development of INATLANTIS.

Through this case, students are invited to put themselves in the shoes of an entrepreneurship consultant who will be helping Mouhcine to examine whether this business opportunity is worth pursuing.
