Olga Kandinskaia is Associate Professor of Finance at the CIIM Business School of the University of Limassol, Cyprus. She is an expert in financial modelling of strategic business decisions. She teaches corporate finance, business planning, and financial analysis. The other area of her expertise is the pedagogy of learning. She is a passionate advocate of innovative teaching methods in business education, such as experiential learning, case method, and blended learning. She has published 14 cases in peer-reviewed case journals, has won six international awards in case writing, and has received two ‘Cyprus Education Leaders Awards’. Her case ‘Zorbas Bakeries: An Option to Expand?’ is on the list of bestsellers by Harvard Business Publishing. Olga is an active member of the global academic community. She has presented at 27 academic conferences and has undertaken several leadership positions. From 2021 to 2025, she served as an Executive Board Member of NACRA. Olga’s role in 2022-23 was the VP of Programs & Conference Chair, she then served as the NACRA President and the year afterwards as the Immediate Past President. She also serves as a member of the Editorial Board of the Case Research Journal, a member of the Regional (Middle East) Advisory Council of The Case Centre, and a member of the Management Education and Development Division of the Academy of Management.
