Dr. Michael M. Goldman is a Professor at the University of San Francisco and a globally recognized expert in case writing and teaching.

He is a former President of the North American Case Research Association (NACRA) and currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Emerging Markets Case Studies collection.

An award-winning case author, Dr. Goldman has published numerous pedagogical cases through the Case Research Journal, Ivey Publishing, and Emerald Publishing. He is also a Paul R. Lawrence Fellow and a board member of the Case Research Foundation.

His academic and consulting work focuses on marketing, sales, and sport management, with teaching experience across the United States, South Africa, and various regions in Africa. Dr.

Goldman is widely respected for his ability to translate complex business challenges into engaging, real-world teaching cases that resonate in diverse classrooms.
